Dental Hygienist
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventative care.
- Assess and document patient oral health conditions, including examining the teeth, gums, and mouth for signs of disease or damage.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care.
- Collaborate with dentist and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sterile environment, adhering to OSHA and infection control standards.
Business Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to all patients who contact the office
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure Doctor and Hygienist have a productive schedule
- Verify insurance information and handle billing and payment transactions, following up with any denied claims
- Provide treatment plan consultations that address patient concerns and objections, resulting in case acceptance
- Maintain a collection rate at 98% of production or higher by effectively managing the revenue cycle (collecting at time of service, working insurance aging reports, sending statements, making collection calls to past due accounts)
Dental Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist our dentists during various procedures, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for our patients
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, addressing any concerns and ensuring they feel at ease throughout their visit
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the treatment rooms and equipment, following strict infection control protocols
- Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and other relevant details in the patient records
